Affected tiles, power supplies, hub cards and controllers are repaired at our facility or onsite where the fault and logistics allow.

Recalibrate, test and reinstall

Repaired tiles are colour matched against the wall, burn-in tested and reinstalled so the repair does not stand out.

Can a single faulty tile be repaired, or does the whole wall need replacing?

In most cases only the faulty tiles need work. We repair at tile and component level, so a dead tile, a failing power supply or a faulty receiver card is repaired individually and matched back to the wall. Full replacement only comes into play when modules are obsolete and beyond economic repair.

Can you colour match repaired tiles to the rest of the wall?

Yes. Repaired tiles are calibrated against the wall for brightness and colour, then burn-in tested before reinstallation, so the repair does not stand out on camera or in person.

Do you work with all video wall brands?

We work with virtually all LED screen manufacturers, including older and discontinued models where spare modules are no longer sold. Component-level repair keeps those walls running without a full panel swap.

Do you repair video walls on site?

Yes, for urgent faults and large fixed installations across Greater Cape Town we work on site where the fault and logistics allow. Otherwise tiles and cards are repaired at our workshop and returned.

How long does a video wall repair take?

It depends on how many tiles, cards or power supplies are involved and whether parts are on hand. After seeing photos or a video of the fault we give you a scope, a quote and a realistic timeframe, and we commit to that schedule.
