Rental LED Fleet Triage
Rental LED stock fails at the worst time: on the truck or during load in. TDX Technologies triages rental fleets between events. We batch test every panel, pull dead modules, check connectors and latches, and flag what needs repair before the stock leaves your warehouse.
Batch testing • Module pulls • Spares audits • Priority turnaround

Built around your event calendar
Triage batches are scheduled between events, with priority slots when a load in deadline is close.
Why triage before the show
A fleet that is only tested when something goes wrong always fails at the worst moment. Triage flips that.
What a triage batch covers
A structured pass over the fleet, with a labelled report so your crew knows exactly what is show ready.
Full batch power-on test
Every panel and cabinet is powered up and run, not just the ones that were reported faulty.
Dead and unstable module pulls
Dead, flickering and unstable modules are pulled, labelled and set aside for repair.
Connector, latch and cable checks
The wear items that cause on site failures: latches, data connectors, power cables and looms.
Power supply and hub card spot tests
Supplies and hub cards spot tested under load to catch the ones drifting towards failure.
Spares stock audit
Working spares counted against fleet size, with a list of what to hold and what is missing.
Labelled fault report
A fault report per cabinet or panel, so your crew knows exactly what is show ready and what is not.
Who we work with
Anyone whose stock has to work the first time, every time it goes out on a truck.

When to triage, what gets tested, and what your crew gets afterwards.
When should a rental fleet be triaged?
At minimum before peak season, and ideally after every major event or between hires. Stock that is only tested when something goes wrong fails during load in, when there is no time to fix it.
What happens during a triage pass?
Every panel and cabinet is powered up and run, not just the ones reported faulty. Dead and unstable modules are pulled and labelled, connectors and latches are checked, power supplies and hub cards are spot tested under load, and spares are counted against fleet size.
What happens to panels that fail triage?
They are labelled and set aside, then quoted for component-level repair. Repairs happen while the stock is on the shelf, so downtime sits between events instead of during them.
Can triage be done at our warehouse?
Yes, where logistics allow we triage on site. Alternatively panels can be dropped at our workshop. Tell us the fleet size, panel type and your load in date, and we will fit the schedule.
What do we receive afterwards?
A labelled fault report per cabinet or panel, so your crew knows exactly what is show ready, plus an accurate spares count and a list of what to hold.
Event coming up and stock behaving badly?
Tell us the fleet size, panel type and your load in date. We will confirm a triage slot and turnaround that fits your calendar.
