LED Screen Health Audit
Most LED screens fail gradually, not suddenly. The TDX Screen Health Audit is a structured onsite inspection that scores the condition of your screen, flags faults before they become failures, and hands you a written report you can act on and budget against.
Onsite inspection • Written report • Prioritised fault list • Costed quote

Findings, not guesswork
Every finding is photographed and ranked by risk, so you decide what to fix now and what to plan for.
What the audit covers
Eight areas that decide how long your screen lasts and how much it will cost you. Checked systematically, photographed and documented.
What you receive
The audit ends with documents you can act on, not a vague opinion.
Written condition report
A plain language report on the overall condition of the screen, with photos of every finding.
Prioritised fault list
Faults ranked by risk: what will fail soon, what is degrading quietly, and what can wait.
Repair quote for flagged items
A costed quote for the repairs worth doing now, so you can budget with real numbers.
Maintenance recommendations
What to check, clean or replace on a schedule, and when the next audit makes sense.
Who it is for
Anyone who owns, operates or is responsible for a screen that has to keep working, especially if it is more than two years old or lives outdoors.
The repair work behind the audit
The audit is built on the faults we repair every week. These case studies show what those faults look like in real installations.

What the audit covers, what you receive, and what it costs.
What does a screen health audit check?
Eight areas: module condition, brightness and colour uniformity, power supplies and earthing, thermal performance and ventilation, control system and firmware, structure and sealing, spares and obsolescence risk, and patterns in the repair history.
What do I receive after the audit?
A written condition report with photos of every finding, a prioritised fault list ranked by risk, a costed repair quote for the items worth doing now, and maintenance recommendations on a schedule.
How much does a screen health audit cost?
The audit is priced per screen and scope. Tell us where the screen is, roughly how old it is and what it is doing wrong, and we confirm a fixed price before we come out. No hourly surprises.
My screen has no visible faults. Is an audit still worth it?
Yes. Most failures we repair started as small invisible issues: a tired gasket, a drifting power supply, blocked ventilation. An audit finds those before they become dead sections in peak season.
How long does an audit take?
Most audits are completed in a single site visit, with the written report and prioritised fault list delivered afterwards. Larger or multi-screen sites may need more time, which is confirmed in the scope before booking.
