Rental LED Fleet Triage
Every rental LED company has a pile of returned modules that need sorting. Some are fine, some need minor repairs, and some are beyond saving. Our fleet triage service takes the guesswork out of managing your rental stock. We assess, sort, repair and return modules so you can maximise uptime and minimise replacement costs. Based in Cape Town, we serve rental companies across the Western Cape with same-week turnaround for urgent orders.
How fleet triage works
Our four-step process turns a pile of returned stock into a sorted, repaired and ready-to-rent fleet.
Batch intake and sorting
We receive your returned rental stock and sort it into categories: repairable, beyond economical repair, and spare parts donors.
Diagnostic testing
Each module is tested for dead pixels, power supply faults, hub card issues, receiver card failures and colour mismatch.
Component-level repair
Faulty modules are repaired at component level, including ICs, capacitors, resistors, LEDs, power supplies and hub cards as needed.
Burn-in and quality check
Repaired modules undergo a 24-hour burn-in test to catch latent faults before returning to your rental fleet.
Why triage your rental fleet?
