How to prepare for an event LED emergency
- • Keep a contact list of your screen supplier, rental company and a local repair technician, ideally before the fault occurs.
- • Photograph the fault pattern (whole wall, close-up of affected tiles, controller display) so we can triage remotely.
- • Know your module model number and controller type. This speeds up part sourcing dramatically.
- • For multi-day events, consider a pre-event inspection with us to catch latent faults before they cause downtime.
